Permissions required: Reports

To see the assigned user IDs for a completed title assignment, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to Admin > Marketplace settings, then make sure Yes is selected next to "Do you want to save user IDs in your reports?"
  2. Select the Insights tab.
  3. Select Checkouts under Popular reports (on the left side of the page).
  4. Click Run new report. Then, choose:
    • Title in the "Checkouts by" field
    • Title Assignments in the "Borrowed from" field
    • Specific in the "Date range" field. Then, enter the start date for the title assignment you want to view in the "Start Date" field. 
      Note: If you leave the "Start Date" field blank, the report will include all active and completed title assignments for your school.
  5. Click Update.
  6. Click on the title to see each assigned checkout (and associated user ID) for the title.
